Event banners that disagree with the masthead

During a crossover, an Avengers NFT comic issue might wear an event banner across the top while the small masthead still names the ongoing team book. Drop pages sometimes title the file after the event, sometimes after the book.

The ledger uses three short fields: team-book name, issue number, event banner. None of them is allowed to delete the others. If a drop code is printed, it sits in a fourth field so a search by code still finds the story.

This is cataloguing, not fandom governance. We do not decide which banner is “official.” We record what the issue itself displayed on the week you asked us to look.
